Town of Palmer, MA Article III Class 1, 2 and 3 Licenses for Secondhand Motor Vehicle Sales

§ 207-3 Fee schedule.

The following license fees shall be charged for the following licenses pursuant to MGL c. 140, § 59:

A. Class 1 license for the sale of secondhand motor vehicles by a dealer who sells new cars: $100.

B. Class 2 license for the sale of secondhand motor vehicles as a principal business: $5 per vehicle as stipulated in the license, with a minimum fee of $20 and a maximum fee of $100.

C. Class 3 license to buy secondhand motor vehicles for dismantling and selling parts: $100.
