are under the responsibility and authority of the Town Manager. Changes
to these policies and procedures will be done in concert with the
Town Manager, Town Attorney and the specific department head(s) affected
by any changes. Once changes are approved, the Manager will provide
the Town Council with a brief discuss/document outlining the current
changes being made.
