The permissive use of noncriminal disposition for Board of Health
regulations restricting youth access to tobacco shall be provided.
The enforcing person shall be the Health Agent, Board of Health
staff or designated agent, or the Palmer Police Department.
A.Â
First violation: The permit holder and/or his or her agent or persons
not in compliance with the provisions of this regulation shall be
fined $100.
B.Â
Second violation within one calendar year: The permit holder and/or
his or her agent or persons not in compliance with the provisions
of this regulation shall receive a fine of $200.
C.Â
Third or subsequent violations within one calendar year: The permit
holder and/or his or her agent or persons not in compliance with the
provisions of this regulation shall receive a fine of $300.
