A.
Residential property.
(1)
New dwellings.
(a)
New single-family home: $0.40 per square foot for living space and $0.25 per square foot for basement. Minimum fee of $500 per single-family dwelling.
(b)
Two-family home: $0.40 per square foot for living space and $0.25 per square foot for basement. Minimum fee of $500 per two-family dwelling.
(c)
Multifamily home $0.40 per square foot for living space and $0.25 for basement. Minimum Fee of $500 per multifamily dwelling.
(2)
Alterations and additions.
(a)
$100 per unit for work that does not increase the square footage.
(b)
Additions: $0.40 per square foot for living space and $0.25 per square foot for basement. Minimum fee of $100.
(3)
Garages, breezeways and barns.
(a)
The permit fee shall be $0.40 per square foot.
(b)
The minimum fee shall be $100.
(4)
Carports. The permit fee shall be $50.
(5)
Pools. The permit fees shall be:
(a)
Aboveground: $65.
(b)
In-ground: $90.
(6)
Decks, patios and porches. The permit fee shall be $0.25 per square foot. Minimum fee of $50.
(7)
Residential siding, roofs and installation of new windows. The permit fee shall be $45 each.
(8)
Commercial siding, roofs and installation of new windows. The permit fee shall be $100 each.
(9)
Mobile homes. The permit fees shall be:
(a)
Replacement of mobile home: $250.
(b)
Temporary mobile home due to fire or during construction: $125.
B.
Commercial, business and industrial property. The permit fees shall be as follows:
(1)
New building construction: $0.40 per square foot; minimum fee of $500.
(2)
Accessory buildings or additions: $0.40 per square foot; minimum fee of $200.
(3)
Renovations of existing structures: $0.30 per square foot; minimum fee of $200.
C.
Miscellaneous fees. The permit fees shall be as follows:
(1)
Signs: $50.
(2)
Sheds: $50.
(3)
Wood stoves and chimneys: $45.
D.
Demolition fees. The permit fees shall be as follows: $100 per story.
E.
Reinspection fee: $45.
F.
Housing inspection: $75 plus $2 per unit.
