[Adopted as Ch. 4, Subch. I, § 4.09 of the 1998 Code]
There is hereby established the position of Human Resources Director of Washington County.

The Director of Human Resources shall be appointed by the County Executive.

Under the general supervision of the County Executive, the duties of the Director of Human Resources shall be generally to develop, implement and administer a comprehensive personnel program for all Washington County employees.[1]
