A.
The operation of day-care and/or child-care facilities within the
City of Portageville, Missouri, shall require a license issued by
the City of Portageville, Missouri.
B.
The license fee for peddlers is as set out in Section 605.120(A)(42).
C.
From July 6, 1993, all operational day-care and/or child-care facilities
be required to obtain and display such license.
D.
Casual babysitting activities be exempt from said license.
