No person shall ride on the back of or lead or drive a horse
anywhere in the Borough of Shillington, including the Memorial Park,
except on a public street, public alley, or a public path or bridle
path, set aside for the exclusive use of horseback riding, nor on
private property except by permission of the owner of said private
property.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon
conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs,
to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
