As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
BABY TENT
A device designed or used to shade infants and small children,
such device to be no larger than three feet high by four feet wide
by five feet long and without grounding wires or ropes that extend
beyond the perimeter of the device.

OTHER SHADING DEVICES
Include, but are not limited to, cabanas, canopies, pavilions,
sportsbrellas, tarps, tents, or similar devices, or any materials
mounted on supports.
UMBRELLA
A collapsible circular shade no greater than eight feet in
diameter stretched over hinged ribs radiating from a central pole
no greater than seven feet six inches in height, and without grounding
lines, ropes or sides.
Any person or persons violating any provision of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100, as set out in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article 1, Penalties.
