The Shade Tree Commission was dissolved 1-15-2015 by Ord.
No. 435. Pursuant to this ordinance, all authority, duties and powers
of the former Shade Tree Commission were assumed by the Borough Council,
and any reference to the Commission in this chapter shall apply to
said Council.
