The Supervisors of Washington Township hereby authorize and
direct the Chairman and Secretary of the Township to take such action
that may be necessary and to execute any documents necessary to join
the Jefferson Council of Governments and to participate in any programs
and activities that may be approved from time to time.
The Supervisors of Washington Township hereby allocate municipal
resources in an amount sufficient to pay the annual dues as determined
for this municipality.
The bylaws of the Jefferson Council of Government are hereby
approved, and the Township agrees to be bound by said bylaws.
This article shall become effective immediately. Any and all
action taken by Township officials in regard to the Jefferson Council
of Governments is hereby ratified and approved.
