Section 610.080 Violations And Penalties.

A. Any person who violates or causes a violation of any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in Chapter 100, Article III, of this Code.

B. The municipal Prosecutor may bring an action in the name of the municipality to restrain or prevent a violation of any provision of this Chapter or any continuance of any such violation.
