A.
In the event any sentence, paragraph, or section of this code is
held to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the remaining sentences,
paragraphs, and sections shall remain valid and presumed consistent
with the Constitution and all other governing documents.
B.
Any prior versions of the Election Code and/or election laws adopted
by Tribal Council are hereby repealed; provided that the validity
of any action taken by the Tribal Council under prior versions of
this code shall continue in full force and effect.
C.
This code may be amended by the Tribal Council in accordance with
the Constitution and any rules set forth governing amendment of laws
which may be adopted by the Tribal Council.
