In order to facilitate the removal of snow and ice in culs-de-sac designated by the Board of Supervisors of Skippack Township as provided in § 187-64 of this article, a snow event is hereby declared to exist whenever the depth of snow on the designated streets reaches an accumulation of two inches or more.
After such snow event shall have gone into effect, it shall be unlawful during the period of such event for any person to park a motor vehicle or to allow the same to remain parked on any of the designated streets or portion thereof.
In order to notify and assist the operators of motor vehicles and tractors in determining the streets affected by this article, the Board of Supervisors shall cause to be placed on the streets authorized by § 187-64 signs reading as follows:

IN CUL-DE-SAC
DURING SNOW
EVENTS
The streets or portions thereof to which the provisions of this article shall be applicable during all period of snow events declared as provided in § 187-61 shall be designated in Schedule XX (§ 187-60), attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.
At any time during a period of a snow event declared as provided in § 187-61, any person who shall park a motor vehicle anywhere upon or along any of the streets or portions thereof designated by the Board of Supervisors of Skippack Township as provided in § 187-64 shall be guilty of a violation of this article and, upon conviction thereof before the Magisterial District Judge in a summary proceeding, shall be sentenced to pay a fine and costs.
