A. 
All aviaries within the City of Marceline are declared to be a nuisance and dangerous to public health.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to have or maintain within City limits of the City any aviary.

The keeping of any animal or bird which, by causing frequent or long continued noise, shall disturb the comfort or repose of any persons in the vicinity is hereby declared unlawful.
