In accordance with the Act of Assembly in such case made and
provided, the provisions of the Act of Assembly, of May 4, 1927, P.L.
519, Article 27(b),[1] insofar as they relate to the subject of the Shade Tree
Commission, are hereby accepted, and the Council of the Borough of
Wesleyville shall have all the powers and be subject to all the duties
prescribed by said Act of Assembly for the Shade Tree Commission.
