Building permits shall not be granted until:
A. An approved subdivision plan is filed in the office of the Wayne
County Clerk.
B. Any new subdivision must have all water, sewer, road stone, base,
binder gutters and erosion control in place prior to building permits
being issued.
C. Easements effecting the development of a parcel are filed in the
office of the Wayne County Clerk and notification, of such received
by the Town.
D. A site plan has received final approval of the Planning Board and Subsections
B and
C above are addressed.
E. All building permits are subject to the builder presenting an instrument
survey map to the Town Building Department at the time of completion
of the foundation wall.
