Any person who shall violate any section of this chapter where
no specific penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be subject
to a fine or penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $2,000 or
imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both for each offense.
Violators pleading guilty to the first violation of this chapter may
pay a fine of $100 directly to the Municipal Court Clerk without first
appearing before the Municipal Court. Violators pleading guilty must
also pay for and obtain the required license and provide proof of
licensure at the time of payment of the fine. The fines listed in
the fee schedule are minimum fines and higher penalties up to $2,000
may be assessed. These penalties may be assessed for each and every
day that the violation occurs.
