Town of Morristown, NJ Article VII Payments

§ 5-12 CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.

The Town of Morristown is authorized to accept credit card or debit card payments for animal control fees. Any animal control fee that is paid by either credit card or debit card shall be subject to a convenience fee of 2.65% or a $2 minimum fee. E-checks shall be subject to a convenience fee in the amount of $1.50. Convenience fees shall be charged for any credit or debit card payments made, whether in person over the counter or on line.
