[HISTORY: Adopted by the board of Trustees of the Village
of Dundee as indicated in article histories. Amendments noted where

Effective at 12:00 noon on April 1, 2020, the office of Village
Justice of the Village of Dundee shall terminate and be abolished.
Effective at 12:00 noon on April 30, 2020, the offices of Acting
Village Justice and Village Court Clerk of the Village of Dundee shall
terminate and be abolished. Further, all support services provided
by the Village of Dundee to the Dundee Village Court shall be terminated
as of April 30, 2020.
On and after April 1, 2020, all matters that would have been
within the jurisdiction and venue of the Dundee Village Court shall
be heard by the Town Court of the Town of Starkey, the Town of Starkey,
being the Town within which the entirety of the Village of Dundee
is situate. All pending criminal and civil matters are transferred
to Starkey Town Court as of April 1, 2020. The present Court Clerk
shall facilitate the transfer of all pending case files and anything
related thereto to the Starkey Town Court as expeditiously as possible.
The Village Clerk shall undertake to retain and secure all the
records of the Village Court. Such records shall be available for
inspection and/or copying only to those individuals or agencies as
prescribed by law.
