York, to establish zones wherein regulations concerning the use of
land and structures, the density of development, the size of yards,
the percentage of a lot that may be occupied, and provisions for parking
and control of signs are set forth so as to encourage the appropriate
development of the Town and the preservation of the rural character
of the community in accordance with the Town's 2005 Comprehensive
Plan.
