The grade of firefighter in the Fire Department shall include
all the members of the Fire Department exclusive of the officers.
[Amended 2-6-2023 by Ord. No. 23-1]
In the absence of any officer for command of a fire company,
a designated acting officer will assume command. In an acting officer's
absence, the senior firefighter in point of service of that fire company
shall assume command and shall immediately report to the Battalion
Chief at the time.
Firefighters shall:
No firefighter shall give a blood transfusion more than once
in any twelve-month period unless granted permission by the Township
Physician.
