Members of the Fire Department who are off duty shall be subject
to recall to duty in times of emergency by direction of the Chief
or officer in command of the group.
Recall orders shall be sent out in such manner as designated
by the Chief.
Each Station Commander shall keep a list on file showing the
latest address and telephone number of each member assigned to the
station and shall forward a duplicate of all data to headquarters.
Each member shall report changes in their address or telephone number
within 24 hours to their station commander.
