[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. II)]
This chapter repeals all provisions of an ordinance previously
enacted under §§ 281.33 and 62.234, Wis. Stats., relating
to construction site erosion control and stormwater management regulations.
Wherever there may be a conflict with other City ordinances relating
to erosion control, stormwater management or site drainage, the more
restrictive provision shall apply, as determined by the Designated
City Representative.
The several sections, subsections and paragraphs of this chapter
are hereby declared to be severable. If any section, subsection, or
paragraph or subparagraph of this chapter shall be declared by a decision
of a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this chapter,
or of the section of which the invalid portion or paragraph may be
a part.
