A. 
At the permittee's option, he may elect to designate the one-hundred-year floodplain by either:
(1) 
Specifying the contour limit below which no development construction shall take place.
(2) 
Identifying streams or open channels for which the flow for a ten-year storm frequency equals or exceeds 100 cubic feet per second. Computations, plan view, cross sections at major stream changes, and profiles of affected watercourses shall be submitted to the Engineering Division for approval.
B. 
The one-hundred-year floodplain easements shall be shown on record plats before approval of plat can be obtained. Please refer to the FEMA map (standards).
