The Engineering Division Chief may require a study showing the routing
of a one-hundred-year storm through a proposed development and proposed
storm drainage system.
B.
Factors to be considered in requiring a one-hundred-year storm routing
are size and type of development, proposed lot and road grading, proximity
of streams, location of septic fields, possibility of property damage,
etc. Proposed developments shall be examined individually based on
the above criteria, the development impact statement, and other contributing
factors.
