Constables of the Town of Pawling be and the same hereby are authorized, pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law § 10, Subdivision 4(a), to issue appearance tickets as defined and in conformance with Criminal Procedure Law § 150.10 in order to enforce any provision of Chapter 191 of the Town Code and the rules and regulations of the transfer station and recycling.
