Any contractor not possessing the required equipment shall, prior to using fire hydrant water in the City of Orange, obtain the necessary equipment from the City of Orange Public Works Department.

A. 
The fees as provided in Chapter 88, Fees, shall be and they are hereby established for the use of the City of Orange fire hydrant water and equipment for the following rates:
(1) 
Construction rate.
(2) 
Demolition rate.
B. 
If more than one (1) street address is involved in the construction or demolition work, the additional fee as provided in Chapter 88, Fees, shall be assessed per address.
If a contractor must use city equipment, a deposit fee of one hundred dollars ($100.) shall be required. Upon the return of said city equipment in good operating condition, the deposit fee shall be refunded. Failure to return city-owned equipment and/or the return of such equipment in a damaged condition shall result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
