(a) 
There shall be established a Recreation Advisory Committee within the Division of Recreation.
(b) 
Such Committee shall consist of nine (9) members appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council.
(c) 
Each member shall serve for a term of three (3) years, except that of those first appointed three (3) shall be appointed for a term of one (1) year, three (3) for two (2) years and three (3) for three (3) years.
(d) 
The Committee shall advise and consult with the Director of Public Works and Urban Development or his designee with respect to matters of recreational planning programs and facilities.
(e) 
The Committee may make recommendations to the Mayor and Council relating to the matters set forth in Subsection (d) herein.
