The New Jersey State Sanitary Code, together with any and all
amendments and supplements, is hereby adopted and by this reference
made a part of this chapter with the same force and effect as though
set out in full herein. At least three (3) copies of the New Jersey
State Sanitary Code are on file and open for public inspection and
use in the offices of the Clerk and Health Officer.

Each violation of any provision of the Municipal Sanitary Code
shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable by a penalty
of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00) pursuant to Section 10 of P.L. 1947 C. 177 (C.
26:1A10).
