(a) The Clerk’s office shall refund the $250 cleaning deposit within five (5) business days if the applicant satisfactorily cleans up after their event. If the City’s Department of Public Works becomes responsible for cleaning up after the event, the applicant shall forfeit the $250 deposit.
Cannabis Business Annual License Fees
Upon issuance of the initial City license and every year thereafter, cannabis businesses shall be subject to an annual fee as enumerated in the following table:
