Unless otherwise specifically designated elsewhere in this chapter,
any person or persons, firm, corporation or business that shall violate
any provisions of this chapter may be issued a summons from Code Enforcement,
the Winslow Township Police Department or the Construction Official.
The Building Inspector shall have the right to enter on or upon
any lands and premises during the daytime in the course of his duties.
The township's failure to enforce any provision of this chapter
shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so nor shall any
such failure to act be construed to alter or eliminate any property
owner's obligation to comply with the provisions hereof.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the use or
placement of temporary outdoor storage units or dumpsters upon property
owned or utilized by any governmental unit, hospital, fire district
or the Winslow Township Board of Education.
Any person or persons, firm, corporation or business that shall
violate this chapter or any of its provisions shall, upon conviction
in the Winslow Township Municipal Court or any such other court having
jurisdiction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars
($1,000.) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty (30) days,
or both. Each day that a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate
offense and subject to the penalty provisions of this chapter.
