Editor's Note: Former Article IV, Reservation of Capacity for
Sewerage Facilities, previously codified herein and containing portions
of Ordinance Nos. 0-10-80, 0-7-81 and 0-5-86 was repealed and replaced
5-28-96 by Ord. No. 0-6-96.
Any person, corporation or entity
who shall violate any portions of the chapter or who shall fail or
refuse to correct a violation after having received a notice thereof
from the Township, shall be subject to a fine of not less than one
hundred dollars ($100.) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.)
or imprisonment for a term not to exceed ninety (90) days or both
such fine and imprisonment. Each and every day that a violation exists
after expiration of the time limit under a notice from the Township
to correct the same shall be deemed a separate offense and punishable
as such.
