It shall be lawful to sell water at a bulk rate upon the following
specific terms and conditions:
A. The purchaser shall be responsible for providing the meter at no
cost to the Township.
B. The connection shall include a two way check valve and air gap at
the initial tie-in to reduce any exposure to water-main contamination
from the service area.

C. The Township and purchaser may contract, depending upon prevailing
conditions, to provide for billing and maintenance and/or replacement
services.

A. The bulk water rate for unmetered dwelling with water supplied through
a single bulk meter, when such meter is located at the well, shall
be computed as follows:
(1) A minimum bill shall be issued equal to the number of EDU's multiplied
by thirty-seven dollars and sixty cents ($37.60). The gallons of usage
included in this minimum is equal to the number of EDU's multiplied
by fifteen thousand (15,000) gallons.
(2) Any excess above the minimum allowed shall be computed at the rate
of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per thousand (1,000)
gallons.
B. Beginning July 1, 2008, the bulk water rate for all other purposes
shall be two dollars and eighty-nine cents ($2.89) per one thousand
(1,000) gallons.
