All premises which are licensed to conduct bingo games within
premises located in a residential zone shall be prohibited from conducting
bingo games between the hours of 12 midnight and 6:00 a.m., Sunday
night through Thursday night, inclusive. Bingo games may be conducted
at such premises on Friday nights and Saturday nights during the hours
indicated subject to specific approval by the Township Council but
application for bingos on Friday night and Saturday night during the
aforesaid hours may be denied by the Township Council upon a demonstration
of good cause by any interested person or persons.
