With this Part, the Plumstead Township Board of Supervisors
intends to preserve the integrity of the Seal of Plumstead Township
and to prevent dilution caused by unauthorized and/or unofficial use
of the Seal.

The Corporate Seal of Plumstead Township shall have inscribed
thereon in circular form the words "Plumstead Township 1725" and within
the circle so formed shall be placed characters emblematic of Plumstead
Township.

The impression of the Seal described herein shall be made upon
a page attached to this Part and recorded as a matter of permanent
record.

Unauthorized use of the Seal or any part or imitation thereof
shall be prohibited.

Any person, firm, organization, corporation, committee or other
entity who shall violate any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction
in a summary proceeding brought before a Magisterial District Judge
under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a
summary offense and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than
$1,000, plus costs of prosecution. In default of payment thereof,
the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
90 days. Each unauthorized reproduction of the Township Seal shall
constitute a separate offense.
