In order to protect the health, welfare and safety of the inhabitants
of the township, it is deemed advisable to prohibit the establishment
of trailer parks, trailer camps and prohibit the parking and placing
of trailers within the limits of the township.
As used in this chapter:

TRAILER
PARK OR TRAILER CAMP -- Shall mean any place, area, lot, site, parcel
or tract of land occupied by one or more trailers, or available for
such occupancy or use.

TRAILER,
TRAILER COACH, CAMP TRAILER, CAMP CAR, OR HOUSE TRAILER -- Shall
mean any vehicle or unit, and shall include self-propelled and non-self-propelled
vehicles, used or intended for conveyance upon the public streets
or highways, so designed or constructed as to permit occupancy of
the vehicle or unit by one or more persons as a dwelling, business
place or sleeping place or for other occupancy or use, equipped with
wheels or similar devices and capable of being transported from place
to place either under its own power or by attachment to a motor vehicle
or through other means of transportation.
It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, establish,
maintain, operate, or permit to be erected, constructed, established,
maintained, operated, a trailer park or trailer camp within the confines
and limits of the township.
It shall be unlawful for any person to place, keep, park or
maintain any trailer, trailer coach, camp trailer, camp car or house
trailer, upon any lot, place or parcel of ground within the limits
of the township.

trailer, trailer coach, camp trailer, camp car or house trailer, shall
be permitted on premises for storage purposes, only if fully enclosed
within a building.
