The airport commission shall make recommendations as it deems
necessary and advisable to the city council regarding the regulation
of persons, vehicles, and aircraft at the airport.

The airport manager shall designate transit and permanent parking
areas at the airport.

At no time shall an aircraft be left with engine running unless
a competent operator is at the controls.

All aircraft shall be taxied at a slow and reasonable speed,
and when not equipped with adequate brakes, shall have an attendant
beside at least one wing when taxied in the vicinity of a hangar or
other building.
When in the vicinity of aircraft landing or taking off, an aircraft
being taxied shall be brought to a complete stop.
No aircraft shall be taxied in or out of hangars at any time.

Every aircraft owner, his pilot and agents, severally shall
be responsible for the prompt removal, under the direction of the
airport manager, of wrecked aircraft.

No aircraft shall be permitted to remain on any part of the
landing or take-off area for the purpose of repairs; and all repairs
shall be effected at the places designated therefor. No person shall
repair or do maintenance work or aircraft in the tie down area.
