The provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California are hereby made applicable to the privately owned and maintained roads open to the public for the purposes of vehicular travel to serve the Oakdale Village Shopping Center, the Walnut Woods Shopping Center, and Arsenio Enterprises, commercial establishments in the City of Oakdale as described in section 18-52 following.

The provisions of California Vehicle Code Sections 22350, 22507.8, 23103, 23109 and the provisions of Division 16.5 (commencing with Section 38,000) shall apply to the privately owned and maintained off-street parking facilities that are generally held open for use of the public for the purpose of vehicular parking as described in section 18-52.

The provisions of this article apply to the following described properties:
(a) 
Oakdale Village Shopping Center (Stanislaus County assessors parcel #64-2305):
All that portion of the southeast one-quarter of Section 11 and of the northeast one-quarter of Section 14, Township 2 South, Range 10 East, M.D.B.M., described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the center of the public highway running easterly from the city of Oakdale, said point being the northwest corner of the tract of land conveyed by F.M. Bottle to O.J. Ames by deed dated August 11, 1892, and recorded October 11, 1892, in Volume 51 of Deeds, at page 651; thence south 594 feet; thence east 202 feet; thence north and parallel with the westerly line of the land so conveyed to said Ames to the intersection thereof with the centerline of said public highway; thence southwesterly along said centerline to the point of commencement.
(b) 
Walnut Woods Shopping Center (Stanislaus County assessors parcel #63-0113):
The land referred to herein is situated in the city of Oakdale, county of Stanislaus, state of California, described as follows:
Lot 36 and 37, as said lots are shown on the map of Haslacher and Kahn's Garden Tract and Northern Addition to the town of Oakdale, filed June 20, 1889, in Volume 1 of maps, Page 84, Stanislaus County Records.
Excepting therefrom: the southwestern 100 feet, as measured from the northeastern line of River Avenue as said avenue is shown on the herein above mentioned map of the southeastern 100 feet of said Lot 37.
Also excepting therefrom the parcel of land described as follows:
Portion of Lot 37 of Haslacher and Kahn's Garden Tract and Northern Addition to the town of Oakdale, filed June 20, 1889, in Volume 1, of Maps Page 84, Stanislaus County Records, described as follows:
Commencing at four inches by four inches redwood post marking the southeast corner of said Lot 37; thence south 62° 19' 44" west and along the south line of Lot 37 100.29 feet to the true point of beginning of this description; thence continuing south 62° 19' 44" west 361.50 feet; thence north 23° 15' 10" west 120.75 feet; thence North 62° 19' 44" east 361.50 feet; thence south 23° 15' 10" east 120.75 feet to the true point of beginning and the end of this description.
(c) 
Arsenio Enterprises (Stanislaus County assessors parcel #130-0202):
Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18 in Block 10 of the city of Oakdale according to the official map thereof, filed in the office of the recorder of Stanislaus County, California, on December 10, 1913, in Volume 7 of Maps, page 48.
Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 in Block 10 of the city of Oakdale as per map filed December 10, 1913, in Volume 7 of the Maps at page 48, Stanislaus County Recorder.
