All public parks, libraries, youth buildings and swimming pools are designated as drug free zones pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 11380.5. This chapter applies and is enforceable only if notice of this chapter of the Oakdale Municipal Code is posted at the designated locations.

PUBLIC PARKS — Shall have the definition and scope as set forth in California Health and Safety Code Section 11380.5, including but not limited to public youth centers, swimming pools and bike paths.
(b) 
PUBLIC LIBRARY — Includes any and all public libraries within the city limits of the City of Oakdale.
