A.
The Minnesota State Fire Code, as adopted by the Commissioner of
Public Safety pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 299F.011, and Minnesota
Rules Chapter 7511, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated
in this section as completely as if set out in full.
B.
Wherever the word "jurisdiction" is used in the Minnesota State Fire
Code, it shall be held to mean the City of Isanti. Where the term
"corporation counsel" is used in the Minnesota State Fire Code, it
shall mean the attorney for the City.
C.
The "Fire Code Official," as referenced in the Minnesota State Fire
Code, shall mean the designee as authorized by the City Administrator,
or contracted official appointed by resolution of the City Council.
D.
Local Board of Appeal. The City Council of the City of Isanti shall
serve as the Board of Appeal, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 299F.011,
Subd. 5a.
