The provisions of this Title Three of the Codified Ordinances
shall be known and may be cited as the McCandless Administrative Code.

The purpose of this Administrative Code is to establish legislative
and administrative procedures, define the responsibilities of Town
officials and to establish fiscal controls all in accord with the
Town Charter.
