§ LD-19-1 EFFECTIVE DATE.

This chapter shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publication as provided by law.

§ LD-19-2 FILING OF COPY WITH COUNTY PLANNING BOARD.

A copy of this chapter shall be filed with the Somerset County Planning Board as required by law.
