Fees for connection and use of the Town's public water supply
system shall be established by the Director of Public Works with the
approval of the Select Board, after a public hearing, notice of which
shall be published in a newspaper of substantial circulation in the
Town at least 14 days in advance of the hearing

Payments for water bills are due to the Treasurer/Collector's
office 30 calendar days after the date of issue. Charges that remain
unpaid after that date shall be subject to an interest rate of 14%
per annum.
