The design and development of mobile home parks, including expansions thereof, shall conform to all requirements set forth for subdivisions and land developments in this chapter in addition to the specific design standards set forth in this article and Chapter
440, Zoning, of this Code [§
440-41A(44), §
440-41A(45) and §
440-41A(46)].
The Zoning Officer or any delegated representative of the Township
Supervisors may inspect a mobile home park at reasonable intervals
and at reasonable times to determine compliance with this article
and other applicable Township regulations.

A mobile home park may include the following nonresidential
buildings and/or facilities:
A. Management offices, repair shops and storage areas;
C. Indoor recreation areas; and
D. Commercial uses supplying essential goods or services for the exclusive
use of park occupants.
The storage, collection and disposal of refuse in the mobile home park shall be so conducted as to create no health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards or air pollution and shall comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and Township regulations. 440, Zoning, of this Code).
Grounds, buildings and structures shall be maintained free of
insect and rodent harborage and infestation. Extermination methods
and other measures to control insects and rodents shall conform with
the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection
and Township regulations.
