does not meet these requirements, then it shall be regulated as an

Proposed (temporary) development sign: announces a proposed subdivision or land development for which a sketch, preliminary or final plan has been submitted to the Township, and which would involve a minimum of 10 dwelling units or a nonresidential principal building. If the applicant has not yet submitted for land development or subdivision approval, the sign must be regulated as permanent development sign. Off-premises directional signs stating the name of the new subdivision development directing persons to such location are to be regulated as a public service sign.
