The official Corporate Seal of the Municipality shall be kept
in the office of the Municipal Clerk, and shall bear the following
inscription, "City of Ralston, Douglas County, Nebraska, Corporate
Seal." The Municipal Clerk shall affix an impression of the said Official
Seal to all warrants, licenses, permits, ordinances, and all other
official papers issued by order of the Governing Body and countersigned
by the Municipal Clerk. (Ref. 16-115 RS Neb.)
