City of Ralston, NE Article XVI Cable Television Franchise

§ 10-1601 FRANCHISE; CABLE TELEVISION.

The Ralston City Council approved the Franchise Agreement with Quest Broadband Services d/b/a Century Link and directed the Mayor and City Clerk to duly execute said agreement on behalf of the City. A copy of the Franchise Agreement marked Exhibit "A," is by this reference incorporated as if fully set forth herein. The publication of the Franchise Agreement shall be in pamphlet form and available at City Hall during normal business hours.
