In an "I" Zone, the following uses and their accessory uses are permitted outright:
A. 
Manufacturing, repairing, compounding, processing, storage, research, assembly or fabricating activities, except those uses specifically listed in § 450-601,
B. 
Warehousing;
C. 
Wholesale distribution facility;
D. 
Public utility or governmental facility structure;
E. 
Forestry.

In an "I" Zone, the following uses are permitted as conditional uses in accordance with Article IX of this chapter:
A. 
Junkyard or wrecking yard;
B. 
Quarry or gravel pit, including crushing, screening, or washing of extracted materials;
C. 
Pulp or paper mill;
D. 
Communication station, transmitter or tower;
E. 
Dwelling or mobile home in accordance with Article VIII, § 450-803A, Skirting and screening.
In an "I" Zone, the following dimensional standards shall apply:
A. 
For uses permitted outright in an "I" Zone, there shall be no minimum dimensional standards;
B. 
For conditional uses permitted in an "I" Zone, dimensional standards shall be as determined by the Planning Committee in approving the conditional use, as provided in Article IX of this chapter.
