All persons are hereby prohibited from moving furniture and
personal property into or out of a residential property or a business
property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Any person or entity violating this article shall be subject
to a fine not exceeding $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in
default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment for a period
not exceeding 30 days. Each day any violation occurs shall be considered
a separate offense.
