From and after the passage of this article, it shall be unlawful for any person to loiter in, wander or stroll in, or in any other manner frequent any park within the limits of the Borough, regardless of the primary purpose served by such park, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Any policeman is hereby authorized to arrest any such person and file a complaint against such person. If found guilty, such person shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $300, and the costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment thereof, to undergo imprisonment for not less than two nor more than 20 days. Violation on each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
